<p><strong>"Service Provider"</strong> refers to NextMove SRL, whose registered office is located at Rue des Robiniers 68, 7024 Mons (Ciply), registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE0544.916.801.</p><p><strong>"Client"</strong> refers to any legal entity or individual who has signed a purchase order referencing these general terms and conditions.</p><p><strong>"Platform"</strong> refers to the BrokerWeb by NextMove platform, including its source code, technical components, design system, and content blocks.</p><p><strong>"CMS"</strong> refers to the content management system made available to the Client to manage their website.</p><p><strong>"Purchase Order"</strong> refers to the document signed by both Parties specifying the particular conditions of the service (price, plan, schedule).</p><p>These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by the Service Provider to the Client. In the event of any conflict between the purchase order and these general terms and conditions, the purchase order shall take precedence with respect to the particular conditions it contains.</p>
