HPro Services: from zero to a website built for the field

HPro Services had already helped 2,000 households in Brussels and Brabant, but had no online presence. We designed their website from their existing visual identity, with an SEO strategy and Google My Business setup.
Hamza had no website. He had a logo, a branded van, a phone number and 2,000 households already served across Brussels and Brabant. His reputation was built on word of mouth. It worked, but it had its limits.
When a customer searches for "boiler repair Brussels" at 10pm on a winter evening, they don't ask their neighbours. They open Google. And if you're not there, a competitor gets the call.
Starting from what already exists
HPro Services already had a visual identity. A logo. Colours. A van that's recognisable in the street. Our job was not to reinvent the brand, but to extend it online.
We built on the existing elements: the colour palette, the graphic style of the logo, the brand's energy. The goal was to design a website that looks like HPro. When a customer sees the van and then visits the website, it's the same company. That consistency is what builds trust.
A website designed for the trade
A heating engineer and plumber has different needs than an accounting firm. Their customers want quick answers: what do you repair, where, at what price, and how do I reach you.
We structured the website around that. Nine dedicated service pages: emergency repairs, boiler maintenance, drain unblocking, leak detection, installation, plumbing, bathroom renovation, epoxy flooring, heat pump. Each page targets specific searches. A customer who types "leak detection Walloon Brabant" lands directly on the right page.
The pricing page displays rates clearly: full boiler maintenance at 150 euros excl. VAT, everything else on a free quote. Pricing transparency is a competitive advantage that few tradespeople leverage online.
Google My Business and SEO strategy
A website alone is not enough. We also set up the Google My Business profile for HPro Services and worked on the local SEO strategy.
The goal: to make HPro appear in search results when someone looks for a heating engineer or plumber in Brussels, Walloon Brabant, Flemish Brabant or East Flanders. All four coverage areas are targeted, page by page, service by service.
SEO is not magic. It's structure, relevant content and consistency. We laid the foundations so that results build over time.
What it changes
Before, HPro existed only through word of mouth. Today, the company has a professional online presence, visible on Google, with a website that works for them around the clock.
A potential customer can call, send a WhatsApp message, or book an appointment directly from the website. The phone number is visible everywhere. The journey is simple: I search, I find, I get in touch.
