The quarterly newsletter that prepares itself (and that you validate in one click)

Every quarter, the same good intention: send your newsletter. BrokerMail now prepares it for you, you keep control and validate in one click.
Every quarter, the same good intention: "I really must send my newsletter." And every quarter, an urgent file jumps the queue. The newsletter that was meant to keep the bond with your clients waits for the next quarter. Then the one after.
It is not a question of willpower. It is a question of time. Choosing the articles, writing an intro, finding a subject line, checking the Dutch version: that is a half-day you never really have. So we made sure that half-day is no longer necessary.
The recurring chore everyone puts off
The newsletter belongs to that category of tasks that are always important, never urgent. Nothing breaks if it does not go out this month. Except that after a few silent quarters, the bond loosens, precisely when the comparison sites and the direct channels give no ground on online presence.
The cost of a newsletter that does not go out is invisible: it is the clients who forget you a little, the word of mouth that slows, the next renewal where you are compared to a price found online. Nothing spectacular, just a slow erosion. Automation exists precisely for tasks of this kind: those whose effect is measured over time, but that the urgency of the day always pushes back.
It prepares itself, you validate
BrokerMail's auto-newsletter is set up once: the frequency, the day and time of sending, the contact list, the sender, the template, and a separate track per language if you communicate in French and Dutch. Then, at each cycle, BrokerMail does the preparation work for you.
The system automatically selects recent articles you have not yet sent: it keeps track of content already distributed to avoid repetition. It assembles the draft in your theme, in your colours. And if you enable the option, an artificial intelligence writes a subject line and an introduction suited to your firm, based on the selected articles.
A few hours before the scheduled send, you receive an email: here is your draft, here are the articles it contains, it will go out on such a day at such a time. One click is enough to approve it. Everything is handled in parallel for French and Dutch, on Brussels time, without you having to juggle two versions.
You keep control
Automatic does not mean out of control. From the email or from your dashboard, you approve, postpone or cancel. You can open the draft, replace an article that does not suit you, rework a paragraph, adjust the subject. Nothing goes out before you have decided it.
And for the quarters when you are truly overloaded, you choose the default behaviour in advance: if you do nothing before the deadline, the email goes out as is, or it waits. It is your rule, set once, that applies. The usual logic stays unchanged: only your active contacts are counted, and your credits are deducted on sending, just like a regular campaign.
The idea is not to take the pen out of your hands. It is to remove the friction (the blank page, the subject to find, the "I'll deal with it next week") while leaving you the last word.
Staying present, without thinking about it
Keeping in touch between two claims should not depend on a free half-day that never comes. With the auto-newsletter, your firm stays present in your clients' inboxes, quarter after quarter, while you take care of what matters: their files.
The auto-newsletter is available now in BrokerMail, the emailing tool for the brokers of the NextMove ecosystem. The details are on the BrokerMail page.
The best newsletter is not the one you write to perfection on a Sunday evening. It is the one that goes out, on time, every quarter.
